Shipping information

We do our best to deliver the order to you as soon as possible. Orders placed on weekdays before 16:00 will be shipped the same day. However, it is not always possible for us to meet this commitment; sometimes products are not in stock and delivery of your order may take a little longer. The product page provides an indication of the delivery time. If for any reason we are unable to meet this delivery time, we will inform you as soon as possible.

We do not charge shipping costs for orders.

Delivery is via the PostNL mailman or parcel delivery service from our fulfillment center. In general, delivery will take place the next business day between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee the exact time of delivery.

Returns

We strive for 100% customer satisfaction. It may happen that a product needs to be returned, exchanged, or canceled for any reason. Whether you have simply changed your mind, it doesn’t look good in your room, or it doesn’t fit properly.

How do I return a product?

1. Contact Us: Get in touch by phone or send a message via email or WhatsApp. Always include your order number to help us serve you faster. To improve our service and quality, we also appreciate knowing your reason for return. Click here to go to our contact page or contact form.

2. Packaging: Make sure all parts are packed in their original condition.

3. Shipping: We will send you a return label with instructions on how to ship the package.

It’s possible that a mistake was made in our logistics center and the wrong item was delivered—we’re all human, after all. Or there might be a manufacturing defect. You can return such items without any issues and receive a new one.

Of course, we prefer to find a solution together with you. If you are not satisfied with anything specific, please contact us, and together we will ensure that we can provide the right solution!

Exceptions

Please note that we cannot accept all products for return. If your product is damaged due to misuse or other self-inflicted damage, please contact us to find a solution.

Refund Policy

Refunds and Returns:
If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you can request a return and refund within 30 days of receiving the product. This applies to products that are in unused and original condition, including all original packaging and labels.

Refund Process:
Once we have received and inspected the returned product, your refund will be initiated. We aim to process refunds within 14 days of receiving the returned product.

Refunds are usually processed via the same payment method used for the original purchase. For example, if you paid by credit card, the amount will be refunded to the respective credit card.
